This Work is Personal to Me

This work is deeply personal to me.

It did not begin with a textbook or with the belief that I had everything figured out. It came from living, loving imperfectly, and trying to understand why two people can genuinely love each other and still struggle to feel safe, stay connected, or repair after conflict.

I came to understand that many relationships do not end because love is absent. They fall apart because the people inside them were never given the emotional safety, self-awareness, or relationship skills needed to protect that love.

Why I Chose This Work

Before becoming a relationship coach, I spent many years working with children and managing childcare centers.

In that role, I witnessed what happened when children carried the weight of the unresolved pain, conflict, emotional distance, and disconnection between the adults in their lives.

Watching those children affected me deeply.

It helped me understand that when we heal our relationship patterns, we are not only healing ourselves. We are also changing what we pass forward.

I believe that a more emotionally secure society begins with people who know how to love with awareness—people who can recognize their patterns, take responsibility for their reactions, repair after conflict, and return to connection with intention.

That belief became the foundation of Inner Harmony Journey.

My Approach

I am the creator of the Puzzle Method, an approach that brings together attachment awareness, shadow integration, somatic practices, nervous-system regulation, inner-child work, honest self-reflection, and aligned action.

We begin by gathering the puzzle pieces of your story.

We look at the beliefs, wounds, protective responses, emotional triggers, and repeated choices that have shaped your love blueprint. From there, we work on creating safety within your body and practicing new ways of responding in your relationships.

This work does not stop with understanding the pattern intellectually.

Awareness matters, but transformation also requires action.

It means learning how to stay present when your nervous system wants to run. It means expressing your needs without losing yourself, creating boundaries without closing your heart, and choosing repair instead of automatically repeating the same cycle.

My role is not to judge you or tell you that you need to be fixed. It is to help you see yourself more clearly, understand what your patterns have been protecting, and support you as you begin choosing differently.
